This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) of GOAT Foundation ("GOAT", "we", "our", or "us") provides information about the collection, processing, and use of your personal data when accessing and using our services (collectively, “Services”) available on our websites such as https://www.goat.network/ and any other website, web application, or mobile application exclusively controlled and operated by us (collectively, the “Sites”).
By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use available at our official website, GOAT.network. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use any of the Services and should not use the Services. This Privacy Policy is governed by the law and the dispute resolution procedures specified in the Terms of Use.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “User Information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, and identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of visitors to the Sites or users of our Services (“user(s),” “you,” or “your”). “User Information” does not include aggregated or de-identified information that is maintained in a form that is not reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to you (“Anonymized Data”).
1.1. User Information We May Collect.
As a blockchain project, we strive to honor blockchain ideals of privacy. While the User Information we collect varies depending upon the circumstances, we may collect the following User Information (subject to applicable legal requirements and restrictions):
· Blockchain address, and/or email address (for users who opt in to a potential future newsletter).
·Blockchain information: your wallet address, on-chain activities, interactions with the Services on the blockchain, and other similar activities.
· Protected classifications: characteristics of protected classifications under applicable law such as race, sex, age, and disability.
· Communications: direct communication, web forms, online polls, or interactions with our blogs and posts.
·Commercial information: including records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or use histories or tendencies.
·Usage data: internet or other electronic network activity information including, but not limited to, browsing history, search history, and information regarding users’ interactions with an Internet website, application, or advertisement.
·Location data: location information about a particular individual or device, general location information (for example, your IP address may indicate your more general geographic region). However, this information is not precise geolocation.
·Profiles and inferences: inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile reflecting a user’s preferences.
1.2. Sources of User Information We May Collect.

Registration, accounts and profiles: when you create a user account with us (a “User Account”), we collect your blockchain address(es), usernames, and email address; if you chose to connect third party services to your User Account, we collect the information about those third party services; we may also collect additional information such as your preferences and payment details.

Marketing, surveys and events: if you sign up to receive news, updates, offers and other marketing communications from us, or attend any events hosted by us, we may collect your name, contact information, and information about your preferences.

Your communications and requests: when you email us or otherwise send us communications, we collect and maintain a record of your contact details and communications, and our responses.
1.2.2 Information We May Collect from Third Parties.

Third-party accounts: if you connect your third-party accounts to your User Account, we will collect certain personal data about you from those third parties accounts.

Purchases, orders, and payments: if you purchase any blockchain assets, or sign up for certain Services, we collect information in order to process your payment, such as your name, billing address, payment type, as well as credit card number or other payment account details.

Social media: if you choose to link, create, or log in to your User Account with a social media service, we collect your permission to access certain information from your profile with that social media service. If you post or if you engage with a separate social media service or interact with us on our page with any social media service, we may collect User Information about you related to those interactions.

Other: we may obtain User Information, such as demographic information or updated contact details, from third parties; we may also collect information from public records.
1.2.3 Information We May Collect or Derive About You Automatically.

Websites and Applications: We and our third-party providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, log-files, and other technologies to collect information about a user from their browser or device, including, without limitation, your browser type, device type, operating system, software version, phone model, phone operating system, platform-dependent information, requested document, referring URL, date and time of your visit, clickstream data (e.g., about the pages you view, links you click and date and time stamps for your activities on our Sites), and the IP address associated with your transactions in the system. The information that we collect automatically may be linked with other User Information we have collected.
2. Use of User Information.
We may use your User Information for the following purposes:

Subsidiaries, affiliates, and business partners: with our affiliated companies (i.e., our parent company and other companies under common ownership, control or management with us; and business partners to offer exclusive content on our Services); they may use such User Information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful. 4. Retention of User Information.
Except to the extent prohibited by law, and subject to this Privacy Policy, we will retain and use your User Information for as long as it is needed to provide you with any products, services, communications, information you have requested, or access to the Sites, to document our business relationship with you, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. As soon as it is reasonable to assume your User Information is no longer needed or required, we will cease to retain your User Information, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you.
5. Cookies.
Cookies and other similar technologies, such as web beacons (collectively, “Cookies”) enable websites and applications to store information or facilitate access to information stored on your device to enable certain features and distinguish you from other visitors.
We use Cookies, which may be provided by third parties, on our Services to enable certain functionality and for security and fraud detection and prevention, as well as to collect usage information about our Sites and the emails that we send and to personalize content and provide more relevant ads and information. We may combine the information we collect via these technologies with other information, including User Information.

6. Third-Party Links and Sites.
We may integrate technologies operated or controlled by other parties into parts of the Services. For example, the Services may include links that hyperlink to websites, platforms, and other services not operated or controlled by us. Please note that when you interact with these other parties, including when you leave the Sites, those parties may independently collect personal data about you and solicit information from you. 7. Age Requirements.
Our products are restricted for users of legal age and children under the age of 18 are not allowed to use our Services. We do not knowingly collect or maintain User Information from children we actually know at the time of collection are under the age of 18. Should we discover that we have collected User Information online from a child who is under 18, we will promptly delete that User Information. If you have concerns over the collection of children’s User Information on the Services, please contact us at the email address provided in Section 10 below.
8. Security.
We implement and maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical security safeguards to help protect data from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Nevertheless, transmission via the internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of information about you. You are responsible for all of your activity on the Services, including the security of your blockchain network addresses, cryptocurrency wallets, and their cryptographic keys.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy. 
This Privacy Policy is kept under regular review and may be updated from time to time. When we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will change the “Effective Date” above. If a material change is made to this Privacy Policy, we may choose to provide notice to you in advance of such change, such as by posting notice of that change on the first page of this Privacy Policy or on our homepage, or by sending an email to the email address we have on record for you.
