GOAT Network's Founders Club is thrilled to welcome its latest grant recipient, GOATCast!
GOATCast is a next-generation decentralized prediction marketplace, custom-built for GOAT Network's growing ecosystem of cutting-edge dApps.
We recently chatted with Sai Baswanth Raj Bukke, Chief Operating Officer of GOATCast parent company MetaGeeks Technologies, about GOATCast's features, what drew his team to GOAT Network's Founders Club, and more!
GOAT Network. Please tell us a little about GOATCast, and why your team is psyched to launch it?
GOATCast: GOATCast is a next-gen decentralized prediction marketplace designed to bring a seamless, trustless, and engaging experience for users. Our goal is to redefine prediction markets with enhanced transparency, real-time data accuracy, and user-driven governance.
We’re thrilled to launch GOATCast on GOAT Network because of its scalable infrastructure, strong developer ecosystem, and commitment to fostering innovation. With blockchain adoption growing rapidly, this is the perfect time to introduce an intuitive, gamified prediction platform that brings real-world engagement into Web3.
GOAT Network: What are some of the biggest challenges you and your team have encountered when trying to launch and grow your dApp?
GOATCast: Launching a prediction marketplace involves multiple challenges, primarily in the areas of liquidity, data reliability, and user adoption. Ensuring seamless on-chain execution while maintaining cost efficiency has been a key focus. Additionally, building a robust oracle mechanism for accurate real-time data integration has required deep technical refinement.
Another major challenge is user engagement and onboarding. Since prediction markets are a relatively niche sector, designing an intuitive UI/UX while maintaining the underlying blockchain transparency has been crucial to making it accessible for both crypto-native and mainstream users.
GOAT Network: How has GOAT Network helped you and your team address some of those challenges?
GOATCast: GOAT Network’s EVM compatibility and scalable infrastructure have made development significantly more efficient. The ecosystem’s flexibility has allowed us to integrate smart contracts seamlessly while optimizing transaction costs.
Additionally, GOAT’s technical team has been highly supportive, helping us refine integration and explore efficient oracle solutions. The Founders Club program also provided valuable networking and visibility, positioning GOATCast within an engaged community that appreciates high-quality Web3 applications.
GOAT Network: What are some of your other favorite aspects of building on GOAT Network?
GOATCast: Beyond the strong technical foundation, GOAT Network offers a collaborative and builder-friendly environment. The community engagement, developer support, and ecosystem incentives make it an ideal platform for scaling innovative dApps like GOATCast.
We also appreciate the long-term vision of GOAT Network in fostering real adoption, ensuring that projects not only launch successfully but also thrive in the evolving Web3 landscape.
GOAT Network: GOATCast will be one of the first recipients of the $10,000 GOAT Points early deployment bonus, the first rewards coming out of GOAT Network’s Founders Club program. What types of other incentives would you like to see your team and other dApps building on GOAT receive, and what are the milestones you think would make most sense to pair with those incentives?
Answer: The $10,000 GOAT Points bonus is a great initiative that helps bootstrap development and incentivize early adopters. Moving forward, additional incentive programs tied to user acquisition, liquidity contribution, and active engagement would be highly beneficial.
